My studio is a small space designed to accommodate one client per appointment. If you have added a second person to your booking, one of you will need to wait in the hallway seating area until the service for the other person is complete. This is a space dedicated to total relaxation; it is also an environment where various chemical products are present and adult conversations take place-therefore, please, no children. You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Whether you fail to show up or choose to cancel-regardless of the reason-this fee will be charged without exception. I apologize, but this is a business, and I cannot incur financial loss due to unforeseen external circumstances that may arise in a client's personal life. I allow a 15-minute grace period; however, a client's tardiness can disrupt the schedule for the rest of my appointments that day.
